If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on:

* monitor settings
* device screens
* lighting conditions
* natural timber grain (where applicable)

Minor variations do not constitute defects.

Pricing:

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

Intellectual Property:

All artwork, photographs, product images, branding and website content remain our intellectual property or are used under licence.

They may not be copied, reproduced or resold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to remedies available under that law.
